the basics of the Sales call. Sales call will help to manage the difficult task
that is selling. Sales person adopts various strategies to make a deal and make
a healthy relationship with the client on a long term basis. Description of the
scientific method called S.P.A.N.C.O is given, i.e., Suspecting – Prospecting -
Approach – Negotiation – Closing - Order. This method will allow the
organisation or the company to deal with the customers and to make a successful
deal.
