The Customs Act of 1962, and various Rules and Regulations set therein, some of which are - the Public Warehouse Licensing Regulation 2016, Special Warehouse Licensing Regulation 2016, Deferred Payment of Import Duty Rules 2016, along with Customs Brokers Licensing Regulation 2018, that regulate the Licensing of Custom Brokers in India, all this will be dealt with extensively. Important Regulations and definitions will be taught in-depth, and must be kept in mind as the Legal Aspect on common parlance is elucidated upon. As it is important to read these Regulations, you will be taught how to do so effectively and efficiently.
