Mr. Samir J. Shah has over 37 years’ experience in Training and Education for Supply Chain and Logistics with specialisation in Customs, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo and Management. His efforts have repeatedly been recognised with Awards and Certificates. Very widely travelled both Internationally and within India, he also holds multiple positions in Trade Associations. He has 3 publications to his credit- Clearance through Indian Customs, International Freight Forwarding a Complete Handbook, Handbook for Customs Clearance.

Mr. Viren C Dayal has a rich industry experience spanning over three decades. He has been teaching and training since more than two decades and was one of the founders of the BCHAA. He holds the position of a Course Coordinator at the IIFF Training. He is also associated as a visiting faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Podar College of Commerce and Economics for the past two years.

Ms. Shaifaly Girdharwal registered as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and has experience of more than ten years in the fields of Indirect Taxes & GST. She is the co-founder of www.consultease.com and a partner in AAP & Company. She is YouTuber and famous for her videos on GST. She has 2.5 Lac subscribers. She is a faculty of GST at ICAI and a corporate trainer. Her book on GST was published by Taxman publication. 

Mr. Radharamanan Panicker, Director of DGM India Academy of Logistics, is a qualified and experienced DG instructor. During his more than 3 decades of experience, 20 years of which is in Top management, he has worked in Marine Cargo, Courier-Express Cargo logistics, Air Cargo and Perishable handling and Warehousing and DG Logistics and Compliance. A PG in Finance & HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, he holds multiple diploma in Business Finance, Direct & Indirect Tax, Supply chain from IIM Kozhikode, Air Cargo Logistics and DGR from IATA and Risk Management. He is also a IRCA certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

Mr. Ashok Pandey is a Logistician involved in different sectors like Rail operation, Safety, Material and project management, Man power planning, Marketing, General administration, ICD working and co-ordination with various authorities. He has worked with reputed institutions like Indian Railways, Fourcee Infrastructure Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, and presently with Gateway Rail Freight Ltd., New Delhi, and has rich experience of about 35 years in managerial positions. He is also involved in teaching Commercial practice and related subjects in Railways. He has learnt from the best and looking forward to share his knowledge with everyone.

Mr. Pinakin Pandya is a logistician focused mainly on Air and Sea Freight import and export forwarding, Customs clearance and Domestic air freight forwarding. Since 1985, he has been working with one of the pioneer company in India in the field of global logistics and customs clearance. He had the privilege of holding the position of Regional Chairman of ACAAI (The Air Cargo Agent’s Association of India). Hon. Treasurer and Secretary for the ACHHA. He uses a distinctive method and imparts to his students the expertise knowledge in dealing with freight forwarding air – sea- dgr- project- livestock etc.

Mr. Rajiv Sathe holds more than 22 years of experience in Sales & Operations and has more than 10,000 hours of teaching under his belt. He has taught as a visiting faculty at the Symbiosis Business School, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kolkata and has conducted more than 350 workshops. He has travelled to more than 20 countries & has visited their Sea Ports, Air Freight, Container Freight and Inland Container Depots. He has rich practical knowledge in Indian and International Ocean & Freight Forwarding Industry.

Mr. Nachiket Patel is a B.A. graduate from Gujarat University in 2003 & has a Post Graduate Diploma in Import Export Management & International Finance from H.K. Centre for Professional Training, Gujarat University in 2017. Apart from this, he has completed his LL.B. from Sidhharth Law College, Gandhinagar. He deals in International Courier through his enterprise, Yash International Courier, Ahmedabad. He holds 3-months experience in Custom Tariff & Import-Export Documentation, Custom Clearance Procedures & Custom Formalities at Mundra Port with Aditya Marine Ltd., Gandhidham.
