This module puts emphasis on the basics of the Exchange Rate Mechanisms and Derivative Products. The concept of Foreign Exchange, or Forex - how to deal with it in the foreign market and its positioning in India has been discussed in the first part of the module. The second part of the module deals with the Derivative products - Types of Derivative Products, Features of derivative products with special focus on Forward Contracts and SWAPS.
